I have been eyeballing Benefit Cosmetics for quite a while now. The packaging of course is adorable and draws you in at first. I reviewed several products over and over again. These were 4 items that I found cheaper on Ebay than the typical stores I would buy makeup products from. I also have a deluxe sample of Big Easy Better Than BB coming as well (watched/read mixed reviews so only committed to the sample). Looking forward to swatching & testing all of these out!
Say Yes to... various wipes |
Ok random side note: I just logged into my actual shoprunner.com account for the first time (I've only ever used it to get free delivery from Domino's Pizza) and there are tons of deals & places you get free 2 day shipping so I highly recommend checking it out! Plus you get 1 year free Amazon Prime through them as well. Holy cow! Never knew that!
I will make a separate post on my opinions on each of these wipes once I've used them.
What I received in my bag:
Tinted Lip Balm by Cailyn (apple pink/full size) - Indulge in colors that last and formulas that enrich! This ultra matte, super moisturizing lip balm offers you rich colors with amazing staying power. (retails $19)
24/7 Velvet Glide-On Eye Pencil by Urban Decay (black velvet/travel size) - A must for smoky-eye fanatics: an ultra-plush version of UD’s creamy, waterproof 24/7 formula. Create perfectly blended-out or rich, precise lines that are blacker-than-black. (full size retails $20)
Microdermabrasion by Dr. Brandt (deluxe sample)- The dr. brandt® microdermabrasion gently sweeps away dead skin cells and softens skin texture, which enables better absorption of skincare products and helps diminish the appearance of fine lines, acne marks, and skin discolorations. A great at home alternative to professional clinical treatments. Safe to use for all skin types. For best results use with dr. brandt® skincare products. (full size retails $78)
White Gold Shadow & Highlight Mousse by City Color (full size) - Brighten your eyes and cheekbones with the City Color White Gold Shadow & Highlight Mousse. This smooth and creamy product is enriched with luminosity, providing a beautiful gold sheen finish. Use as an eye shadow base as well as a highlighter. (retails $3.99)
Root Pump Volumizing Spray Mousse by BigSexyHair (travel size $6) - The Sexy Hair Root Pump Volumizing Spray Mousse helps create big volume by pumping up hair at the root. It dispenses out as a spray and turns into a mousse to give tresses tons of volume. Apply to damp hair at the root to achieve phenomenal lift or to dry hair to activate textural volume. Resists humidity and provides lift, fullness and medium hold. Great for fine/medium hair types. (full size retails $17.95)
Every month I absolutely love my bag! Often there might be a product I don't care about (like the BigSexyHair for example) but the value is always worth it!
FINALLY! Shew, only took like 5 weeks! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore Hautelook and have purchased several items off their website (mainly beauty products), but the shipping time is ridiculous plus 90% of the time you can not return an item. I am very slow on theBalm bandwagon. These are my very first purchases ever! I created a previous post a while after I ordered, but just now received my package.
I am very sad because my Cindy-Lou Manizer was all smashed up. Whenever I opened the box I noticed product all over the place and sure enough it's a hot mess! Since no returns on these items I am stuck, but I'll just have to learn to be careful when using. Already swatched everything and am very excited to test these out!

I am newly addicted to studs and rose gold. Eep! I have recently purchased an iphone case, barrel hand bag, necklace, and 2 pair of flats that have studs on them. Overkill? I think not!
